THE GRIFONI HOUSES

These houses of 2 floors situated between the city walls and Ruspoli Palace rise up from the ruins of older buildings and follow the tufa rock spur along to create the northern side of the square. They date back to the 17th century and were for the tenants of the palatine Ruspoli family.
